Mckenzie Pratt stuck with us through 2 failed inspections and never failed to stick with us and keep us in the loop. She was our 3rd maine realtor, and the first 1 we were happy with! John was fantastic to work with, and really helpful as we closed on our property from afar. He was our eyes and ears in the process, advocating for us every step of the way.

I worked with John Edmiston. Initially the market was not what I'd expected and didn't pursue things as vigorously as I should have. John stayed in touch throughout with new listings he thought were a good fit. Out of the blue he sent a listing that checked all the boxes. I think after several conversations he understood it was a real contender. And it WAS the one! He coached us on how to make the bid and it got accepted! The post-acceptance technicalities got complicated but he reassuringly and successfully guided us through the various minefields. A bit of a rough ride but he got us there. He's a retired HVAC engineer and gave sound advice on the various systems. Hard worker, honest and knowledgeable best describe John. Thanks John!

We cannot recommend Maria Kempton enough! She was so helpful throughout the home buying process. She was flexible with showings and accommodated our busy work schedules. She helped set us up with an inspection company that was available right away and was extremely thorough. She communicated often and always offered us help. She was extremely knowledgeable and if there was ever a time she did not know the answer she found it for us. She was extremely kind and very pleasant to work with. Also the house warming gift she gave us was so sweet and so perfect for the autumn season! I will be recommending her to everyone I know who is looking to buy a home! Bruce was proactive in finding leads and potential buyers for my property. He communicated with me clearly and often, listening to my requests and offering valuable feedback and ideas/options when necessary. He both listed and closed the property very quickly!

My husband and I recently purchased a property in Wells, with Julie Trask’s assistance. We had such a positive experience working with her! I inquired about the property through Zillow, and Julie responded immediately. I saw the property listed while in Maine on vacation, and was leaving for home the next day. Julie went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to view the property (and another close by for comparison) before we left for home. When we met her at the property, I immediately knew I was in good hands. She’s friendly, professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and easy to talk to. Julie has been a pleasure to work with, from inquiry to closing. I feel I should mention that this was far from a million dollar transaction, just a very modest camp in an RV park, but Julie treated us as if we were the most important customers she has, and that really says something about who she is as a realtor, and a person. If we ever decide to upgrade our summer residence, we will call on Julie again, and will certainly refer her to any friends or family who might be interested in a summer residence of their own.
